Who it’s for
Built for the people who run the game
Organisers chasing payments
Stop collecting cash at the pitch — sell the ticket, and unpaid players can't check in.
Clubs with dues
Monthly or seasonal recurring tickets that renew on their own and gate every event.
Treasurers
One wallet per group, a ledger of every payment, and withdrawals to your bank.
Sell tickets for local sports events
Price an event, publish it, and SportPadi handles the rest of the ticketing: secure card checkout, a QR ticket in each buyer's account, and validation at the gate through event check-in. Buyers cover a small processing fee on top of your price, so the amount you set is the amount your group receives. Tickets can even be bought for someone else — a friend pays, you play — and organizers can issue tickets directly for cash payments made off-platform.
A group wallet your whole committee can trust
Ticket revenue settles into your group's own bank account — SportPadi never holds your money in limbo. The group wallet gives every admin the same live view: what came in, what went out, and a full ledger of every movement. Withdrawals can require approval from other admins before they move, which is exactly the control a club committee wants when more than one person can touch the money.
Collect match fees, dues and fines without chasing
Beyond tickets, groups collect the everyday money of club life: match fees and dues through priced events, and fines — late to training, missed game, forgot the bibs — tracked per player with an outstanding balance everyone can see. The chasing stops being personal: players see exactly what they owe and settle it in the app, and organizers see who's paid at a glance.
What it costs
Joining, browsing and playing on SportPadi is free, and a player never pays SportPadi just to play. Ticket buyers pay a small fee at checkout; groups that want the full money stack — wallet, ticketing, dues and fines — subscribe to a paid plan, managed on the web. That keeps the economics honest: SportPadi earns when your group's events do.
FAQ
Questions about tickets, dues & payments
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on your plan and payment provider; the exact fee is shown before any payment, and you can choose whether the group or the buyer covers it.
Can a ticket be required to play?
Yes. Event tickets always gate check-in, and a general ticket (dues) can too — a player with an unpaid required ticket is blocked at the QR scan until they pay.
Do recurring tickets renew automatically?
Yes. Each cycle opens for sale on its own, holders are told, and a cycle only renews while the group's wallet is available.
How do refunds work?
Cancelling an event refunds paid tickets automatically; an organiser can retry any that didn't go through.
Can a parent pay for their child?
Yes. A guardian pays for a ward's ticket or dues from the event page or at the gate; the ward holds the ticket and the parent gets the receipt.
